André Luis Nogueira da Silva

André Luis Nogueira da Silva works as Special Advisor at the Ministry of Institutional Relations of the Federative Republic of Brazil. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Government from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is one of the editors of the book "And the States? Federalism, intergovernmental relations, and public policies in contemporary Brazil," edited by IPEA and published in June 2023.
