The aim of this call for tenders is to have a service contract to ensure the continuation and improvement of the current EU Building Stock Observatory. The Observatory aims at providing a better understanding of the energy performance of the building sector through reliable, consistent and comparable data.
The aim of the tender is to:
- allow the continuation of the current Building Stock Observatory;
- to improve the quality and comparability of the data; and
- support the improvement of the visualisation and analytics functionalities and the user friendliness.
